Tenant Finding Only

Includes initial property inspection for letting and professional rental valuation, advertising of the property, access to our own database of current qualified enquiries, organising and accompanying viewings, collection of first months rent and deposit allocation to the damage deposit service.

  

Full Management Set Up ONLY £349.00 No VAT

Includes initial property inspection and professional rental valuation, advertising of your property on rightmove and other mainstream property portals, access to our own database of current qualified enquiries, organising and accompanying viewings at times to suit working people (outside normal agents hours), preparation of Tenancy Agreements and Video Inventory, collection of rents and deposits, monthly statements and invoices on- line, regular inspections of the property during the tenancy and published on-line, final Inspections at end of tenancies and dealing with any dispute regarding the deposit.  This figure also includes the first months management fee. 

Monthly Management Fee 8% per month (minimum charge £50.00)

House Minding Service

 

If you are going away for a short period, holiday etc, but don't want to engage a letting agent for the full tenancy we can look after your tenants in your absence. Simply let your tenants know the period that Langford will be looking after the property. We will telephone and introduce ourselves then you can relax knowing that if anything happens whilst you are away we will deal with it. Charges are by individual negotiation
